"When I purchased the policy Jarvis and his staff were nice. Then I noticed slowly the rates increased. I asked the owner Jarvis when was the best time to cancel so I wouldn’t have to owe anything. He provided the date and I went with that date. Months later I receive a prorated bill from the owner he didn’t cancel the correct dates. Not once did he apologize for providing the incorrect date to cancel so I wouldn’t owe any prorated amount. Not knowledgeable and unfortunately due to my experience I wouldn’t recommend."
